At the bilateral meeting of the general prosecutors of the two countries, it was assessed that the Supreme Prosecutor's Offices of Serbia and Slovakia have excellent cooperation, which was especially improved after the signing of the Memorandum on Cooperation in 2023 and the establishment of a direct channel of direct communication between the prosecutors from their respective Departments for International Legal Assistance.

The Prosecutor General of Slovakia, Maroš Žilinka, expressed satisfaction with the cooperation with the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office of Serbia and provided full support for further cooperation in the fight against crime, in order to achieve successful results in specific cases of drug trafficking, human smuggling, money laundering and cybercrime through a joint approach.
