Upon the acquital rendered by the Appellate Court in Belgrade in the case of murder of Slavko Ćuruvija, the General Public Prosecution requested from the competent court the submission of the case file for the purpose of filing the request for protection of legality, which can, as an extraordinary legal remedy, be filed against the final court decision, for the violaton of law.
